This service is available only to users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Catalyst Prep solely for your personal preparation. You agree not to resell, distribute, or scrape our content.
You retain ownership of any notes, reflections ("Why did I get this wrong?"), and personal strategies you create on the platform. By using Catalyst Prep, you grant us a license to use this data to generate your personalized insights and improve our analytics engine.
Our platform uses official CAT papers adapted for the current pattern. All rights to the original questions belong to the respective IIMs.
Catalyst Prep operates on a simple, one-time payment model for 1-year access. There are no hidden recurring charges.
We stand by our product with a transparent refund policy. You are eligible for a 100% refund if you meet both conditions:

Catalyst Prep is an educational tool. While our analytics provide strategic insights ("Signal"), we do not guarantee specific exam outcomes or admissions. Your performance depends on your execution on exam day.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
